we play toronto 3 more times. there are 19 games left. so if we sweep them. then we need to go +2 on them the rest of the way to tie them. and we win the tiebreaker since we would've beat them 3 times out of 4.

We just need to beat NJ at least once and Indy and then continue to play better than .500 ball and we should be okay.

Agreed. But the more likely scenario is us winning 2 out of the remaining 3 games (if that) between the Raps and being tied 2-2 for the regular season series, but Toronto getting the nod on the tiebreaker due to their stellar 8-2 division record, compared to our lousy 2-8.

If the nets and Orlando lose tonight that would be HUGE! These games are gimmes for them though. Serious choke job on them if they lose.

It's fun - we don't even need to win (or play) to gain ground in the playoffs. All of our prime rivals are dropping like flies.

I would be worried about the chargers from behind. A few more wins for Philly and they're right back in it. Same goes for a whole host of teams.

I can see Orlando losing, but not the Nets.

Orlando is also on the second game of a back to back. Let's hope fatigue plays a role tonight.

For some reason I think the Nets just gave up. Kidd and Carter have pending divorce cases. Richard Jefferson and Nenad have been injured. Im not complaining (I f'n hate the Nets), but it seems like they dont care anymore. Same goes for Indiana

Orlando is definitely going to lose. I cannot see Toronto losing. The box score to keep an eye on tonight is the Nets. Thats one game that can go either way.
