I like to go through the box scores and catch games from other teams like I'm a scout or something. Well there are some attainable players out there that look to be on the edge of stepping up into rotational roll, or a starter.

I'm looking at salmons. He's already under contract but its not too bad. I thought salmons was just a scorer but the dude is basically playing point guard for the kings. His handle and passing ability is great. With Martin around and artest I'm thinking sactown could be persuaded to deal him in the right deal. I think he would fit the knicks pretty well.

Another guy that's been showing signs like crazy over the last 2 years especially reciently is Brian cook of the lakers. I think he could fit in perfectly to the knicks starting 3 spot. I think the dude can be a 20 pt per game scorer with 6 rebs a few assists and some threes.

What you guys think about these two players? I really like Brian cook. I would seriously trade anything to get him.

We already have our version of Brian Cook--although it's starting to look like a poor man's version

Salmons is a good pick... he's a guy that can put up a triple double... i doubt they'd trade him though... more likely they'd look to trade Artest & have Salmons take over at the 3.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

he has one triple double and it was his only good game, anyone that billy king wants to sign long term is terrible, stay away from him

salmons is OK. he made a few douchebag moves this summer.

he said he was going to go to toronto. then renegged on them to go to pheonix. then before signing there, changed his mind and went to sacratomato.

not good.
