If people can't see by now that neither of these 2 are franchise players and need to have everything go their way on the offensive end of the court to have any impact on the game then I don't know what to tell you.

I think we are seeing that Crawford makes Eddy better and not the other way around. Matter of fact is Curry making anybody on this team better?

Is Francis knee bothering him again or did he need 15-20fga to be effective? Or does he need to play against the Hawks the remaining 20gms?

Marbury is the Marbury he's been his whole career. A guy who can every once in a while explode for 30-40pts, getting low ast in those games and takes the day off on the other end of the court. Not a very clutch player. I'm sure he's tapping himself on his shoulder right about now telling himself how good he is. 40pts 3ast

Who on this team makes their teammates better?

Why did this team lose another game to an inferior team that's all but out of the playoffs?

Why did ISAYUGH lay the groundwork for the loss tonight?

show me the clip where someone was open or even LOOKING for the ball and Steph didn't get it to him.

Did you see the assist to Curry when he put the ball through 3 defenders to Curry...

or the one where he threaded it to Jeffries only to watch him do his favorite move; Triple-Pump-Fake-Travel
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

With about a minute to go, Curry was begging for the ball in the post and was sealing off his man but Starbury just looked at him, dribbled 5 times and them waved him to move out so he could dribble and kick to Q.

He did that more than once tonight and has done it often every since Crawford went out. Also Marbury can't Rucker Park passes to teammates after he takes 5-6shots in a row. He's established no team rythm just Marbury rythm. We're back to where we started with this fool. What about his defense? That's what great players do they make bad players mediocre, mediocre players good, good players great, and great players/team winners.

Huh? I think you guys missed the part where Steph took the game over in the final minutes.

And choked at the end.

But that's not even what you asked. You asked, "show me the clip where someone was open or even LOOKING for the ball and Steph didn't get it to him".

I just gave you an example where Curry was open and was not just looking but begging for the ball and Starbury didn't get it to him.

TrueBlue, if you scripted the game, what would you have had Marbs do different? He has been guarding the other team's best man and been scoring in bunches for us in the clutch.

I wouldn't have scripted 40pts and 3ast and that's all I'm saying. We're rapidly getting back to square 1.

Remember that quote where Steph said to the reporters, "how do you get an assist?"
Reporter: "Ummm, you pass to someone and they make a shot"

Without Lee and Craw its a different ballgame out there. Steph had some good looks to Frye but he stopped shooting for some reason.

Frye 2-7
Q 5-15
Francis 2-9

Yeah yeah, we get it, Marbury is all alone. Woe is him, lets consistently blame the teammates. I may see a bit of merit to the argument with the shooting nights his teammates had if this wasn't always the case... poor guy is just always all alone, no matter what team he goes to or who is surrounding him.

Steph is one of the greatest SG of his size of all time.
The problem is he is somehow playing PG all his life. And as he is OK PG he never was and never will be great at this position.
And the teams he played for will never have good PG playing with Stephan.
Why? Because with not being the leader - he wants to be the best on the team... The ONLY ONE BEST.
And he succeed in this all his career. Good for him and bad for the teams he played for, for the players he played with, and for the funs believed in him...
Sorry Steph - you are wrong!!! With all you ponts and stats you are the LOSER.

i see Curry getting better slowly, and Marbury is stepping up as a leader in Crawford's absence.

He's nowhere near my 1st choice for franchise player, but he's a leading jersey seller (most of his career), and that 40 pt. performance last night minus the FT was very franchise-esque.

Gotta give it when its due...
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Hold everything, he continues to be a leading jersey seller?! Now there's the best gauge of significant progress I can think of.

in that instance i had no problem w/Steph doing that, cuz he was feeling it & he was making his shots, while Curry had struggled beating double teams all game long & gave up some bad T/O's... so i felt a lot better w/the ball in Marbury's hands at that point in the game.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.
