I'm not a hater, but I hope this Knicks team collapses without Crawford

Why? I'm hoping it will get Isiah fired. We need an outright collapse for this to have any chance of happening.

If we continue to win one, loose one without Crawford, Dolan can say- wow, what a great job you did without one of your star players.

Second, and this is wishful thinking, Dolan will hire someone smarter than Isiah who, like many of us fans, will realize there isn't a star player on the roster (outside of perhaps Lee) and its time to get under the cap & get younger.

And a collapse would, i think, improve Crawford's value in the league- making him tradeable. I don't need anything really great back- perhaps a future number one and his salary gone. And who knows, maybe the new GM could package Curry & Crawford to some team. Maybe Charlotte & MJ? He has been known to make some bad moves (kwame with the first pick?!).

After last nights loss, its the silver lining I'm focused on and rooting for.

Call me a hater, but I prefer visionary.

Only because the GM was stupid enough to think Curry was good enough to give up multiple unprotected lottery picks. Otherwise there'd be a lot of happy campers around here. This team wasn't going to make the playoffs anyway.

Visionary - nah, loser is more like it.

Never, ever, NEVER, under any circumstances would I put an ounce of energy wishing the Knicks would lose a single game.

I want to loose so the knicks can be saved!

So when the score is tied late in the fourth Friday night, you will be hoping the Knicks miss, and the Warriors make? Really? In your heart?

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

Not this coming draft. We owe the Bulls right to swap. We're sitting at the 8th spot and they are 22nd in a supposed deep draft. This team was never going to make the playoffs anyway so really what did fans have to look for this yr? Because ISAYUGH did such a poor job managing the team by inflating the payroll and giving away lottery picks........ he made this season be an All or Bust type season. Dolan took away his ability to make trades, which meant no acquiring of future picks, he bought out the most tradeable assets on the team which took away any chance to acquire a player who may have improved this team's playoff chances. So we are like a kid who owns a hamster as a pet watching it tread on it's wheel going nowhere.

the only good that can come out of Jamal going down is that Nate & Mardy will get a real chance to prove if they belong on this team or not... also Marbury has a chance to finally step up & be the leader this team needs him to be... will they be able to deliver? only 1 way to find out i guess.

Of course I want the knicks to win- but, from a long term, what is best for them now stand point- an utter collapse is required to get Isiah gone.

And- I don't know about Crawford- he was playing on a hurt ankle for weeks.

I'm sure its not serious and he'll make a full recovery to his normally erratic self.

But I don't want Grant Hill- I'd love for Crawford to be traded this summer before we find out he might be damaged.

he tried to step up last night in the 2nd half, u have to give him that... he made some really big shots during their comeback... they just came up short cuz they didn't bother to show up in the 1st half at all & ran out of gas trying to come back from it... i have a feeling Steph's gonna have a big game tonight... something in the mid-hi 30's & Curry probably goes for a double double... then when everyone thinks this team has turned the corner, they'll come back & put up another stinker to a team like the Hawks or Bobcats again & people will wonder why they can't play consistently all over again... in the end, this team is going to be a mid 30 W team... no surprise there for me.

So we're supposed to be as good as Lenny Wilkens' team. The team whose record wasn't good enough to let Lenny keep his job.

Golden state is going to blow the knicks off the flow, they always get smoked vs harrington, as well as quick players like ellis, richardson, jackson.....

Isiah is staying, this franchise is a joke

Yep.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
