Because the players are one dimensional, don't complement one another and are poorly coached.

Oh and they aren't held accountable for anything so why correct their mistakes and flaws.

They only have to win and lose enough to save ISAYUGH's job.

Those are definitely reasons why the team has lost games, but what really baffles me is the inconsistency.

Honestly I think it's more about accountability than anything else.

The inconsistency has more to do with effort than anything else. That's inexcusable but it always gets ignored by Isiah. It's always "Forget about it and move on" or "The opposing team/player was just too good tonight, nothing we could do about it". Because of that, they never learn and nothing changes.

I say lack of leadership. Who do we look to to set the tone? Bench players!

No Leader.

You need a playing vet or a high talent young person to lead a team. Marb ain't got those skills and neither does Curry. Lee does not carry enough weight yet.

I'd believe that. He treats the team like a bunch of spoiled brats. They play hard when they feel like it and they've made a routine of coming out flat against "lesser" opponents.

But on the flipside, LB's "tough" approach didn't work either. So how do you make this team work? This team is frustrating to follow.

Bingo!!! That's the perfect answer!

Not to mention, we couldn't afford one injury and how are we ending it now? At this rate, we'll be lucky to win 30 games. You guys know the mental problems this team can fall into. We needed to win 2 of every 3 for the rest of the season, and we can't beat Boston? Last six games' win one, lose one, win one, lose one, win one, lose one. This is the reality of it all.
I'll never trust this' team again.

Yup! No leader. That's what a superstar does and we're nowhere near having one on this team. And Lee's a waste of talent on a team like this, under this kind of management.

When you are a mediocre team, things have a way of balancing themselves out.

That's is a mediocre team with a bar set real low. They don't win consistently because they don't have to. They just have to do enough to save ISAYUGH's job and it's a successful season.

This group is playing for money. Right?
What the guy who giving the paycheck (Dolan) wants?
SHOW MUST GO ON!!!
Winning... Losing... Who cares?
New game - new show.
Not a one boring Spurs/Pistons like season but 82 wild unpredictable games.
82 stories with jamal, Lee, Stephen, can be the heroes each fifth game, and Jeffries and Nate each tens game.
Cool marketing idea.
Drinking Ginnes in a Sport bar... Brilliant!!!

That's got to be a tough decision. Gee, let me see, only a few games out of the 8th spot vs. Zeke losing his job. I don't know, think I'm going with the playoffs, but if they fail, then it reflects on Zeke. What a tough spot to be in.
I'll never trust this' team again.

Knicks are a couple games under .500 against the west, winning teams, playoff teams in the east..... the knicks are .200 against the bottom of the east.

You can act like some A-hole like Islefan and talk like you some fatherly punishment speech is the reason for this, but I have personally never seen a team that could win that many games against quailty teams and be that bad against teams they should beat up on.

I would say they need a leader and I blame Marbury for that.

So pure guy Steph sign himself to Knicks and then conspire not to bring any other leaders
What a dark brain!!!
So he destroyed all Isaiah plans to bring championship to NY. bastard...

YOu can say it's Isiah fault for bring Marbury here or not bring other leader players in, I don't care... he is the GM. Not trying to defend Isiah.

Team still needs a leader and Marbury has head-butted and got into wars with teammates and coaches like he was that guy. That's why I say I blame him for not being a leader. That's in his control.

Does everything have to be a Isiah piss-off????
