I was bored, so I looked up some Knicks facts. Did you know as a Franchise the Knicks are only 56 games over .500? Other notable teams: Lakers 1051 over, Celtics 837 over, Chicago 61 over

This one is for you holfresh. Shaq, Kareem, Barkley, Wilt, and Artis Gilmore are the only men in the NBA to average 10 rebounds and shoot 60% from the field.

I am a knick fan for 30 sumptin years and was a fanatic as a kid.

When we talk about this "proud franchise" we tend to think of the 1990s mostly, and the 70-73 team.

The team history is really rather bland with a few bright spots. For those who came of age with Patrick Ewing and think the Layden years were the exeption I can see how it must be dissapointing, but its really quite typical of the franchise historically.
