Unless you are firing Isiah the GM as well, it makes no sense to bring in a new coach. You basically have to stick with Isiah until Dolan has had enough.

I want Isiah here, the team wants him so that's good enough for me. These guys have responded, they just have to learn to keep it together for an entire game. I expect above .500 ball next year.
