i havent watched college ball but i've followed the oden hype. isn't this a moot poll?

Marv, i think Oden is sooooooo overrated its ridiculous !!! I would take Hibbert over him anyday of the week !!!

This isn't even a question to me. I like Hibbert and his game but he absolutely pales in comparison to what Greg Oden can do on the court. Oden has put up fantastic stats on a very talented Ohio State team, who had the #1 recruiting class in college coming into this season.

Remember, Oden is playing right now with one hand(his left) and he's a righty. The guy can literally do it all on the court and theres nothing he's bad at. He's going to go down as an all-timer.

Oden has easily surpassed the two upperclassmen in his freshman season. Why does anyone doubt he'll be a much better nba player?

Roy Hibbert says he's playing all 4 years so really a mute point. I like aaron gray, he's a first round pick but I think there are more athletic mobile frontcourt players I wouyld prefer. Gray is one heckuva big body and hes no stiff, but guys like williams[who needs to prove his charahcter quite a bit] horford playing hurt right now are better nba prospects imho. They are not true 5 size like gray but in this game you dont need that. Aaron Gray would be good for a team like the Nets.

That's the big question. Someone in Durant's family indicated that his coming out is not a done deal either.

Oden by far. The difference between Oden and the other two? Oden is putting up his stats ONE HANDED-with his left hand. And he is RIGHT HANDED!




I'll say this too and I guarantee it. If it were not for CHARACTER issues Sean Williams would be a CLEAR #2 prospect at C and would be a lottery pick top 10 this year--if we end up at like 23-25--if we can investigate his backround and the work he has done with john lucas following his ouster at BC--certainly he would be a HIGH value selection in the 20+ area--we certainly need an athletic shot blocker and he is by far the best one.

Hibbert is putting up worse #'s as a Junior than Oden is as a Freshman... there isn't even a comparison... Oden will be a superstar.
