orlando is on a one way ticket to space mountain.
wade will be out for a long long time.
they both hold the 7 and 8 spots in the east.

the road is paved for not one...but TWO teams to take the 7th and 8th spots.

it's going to come down to the wire...but lovers rejoice. haters suck it up and enjoy.

b/c the knicks are gonna make the playoffs.

and i'm not gonna lie, i'm just hoping for it so i can get the free towel at playoff games.

I've been saying for a while that I thought Orlando was in trouble. That schedule they have now is the hardest part of their schedule and they happen to be playing worse than they did at the start. Miami just caught a tough break with Wade, cuz I thought they were about to take off.

Sometimes things just break your way. I just want this team to keep working to get it together so that they can perform at their best by the time the playoffs get here. They MUST find a way to take better care of the ball. It's the one part of the game that makes every game so much harder for us. We literally give away so many points every night. It's amazing that we still actually find ways to stay in and win games the way we handle the ball.

Good call on Orlando Nix. We'll see what kind of team they really are down the stretch here.

The playoffs would be nice, it would be good to be back but I will NOT be happy with the 1st round exit, unless this team wins a couple games. Just getting in means nothing, especially this year in this conference. I need to see something.

true the 8th seed looks like more of a possibility right now than the 4th seed. the problem is we have to stop coming off our wins by getting blown out by sub .500 teams.

I'm actually skeptical. I think New Jersey is a lock and the Heat will be able to stabilize. Beating both teams would go a LONG way towards helping our chances over the next three days. But I could easily see us losing both.

We better. I refused to get caught up in the playoff hunt earlier unless the Knicks started playing better on a more consistant note...but now, I have money on it.
A friend of mine started talking trash, I stepped in, and one thing lead to another. To cut the story short, I have $50 saying we sneak in.

Our destiny is in our own hands. We probably have the easiest schedule and we play NJ like 3 more times. We have to put a run of games together. All we need is a 4-5 game win streak and we will be in good shape. Orlando is going down and Miami without Wade is a .500 team at best. NJ is a problem because they kept Kidd and Carter, but there are two spots open. This will really tell us how much this team wants it. The playoffs are up for grabs and we have no lottery pick to entice us to drop games. Of the four teams, we have more talent than Orlando and Miami without Wade. There is no reason for us to not get one of the last two spots. IT make it happen.
