I mean I know Curry might wet his pants for a second losing Crawford, and Isiah's got his hangups over his ego and all, but goddamm I wish we had gotten Carter.

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

I mean I appreciate Isiah showing some poise as GM and not making moves just to shake **** up, but I think Carter would take us to that playoff level.

It's true that sometimes the best move is the one you don't make, but the opposite is true too...
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Well I agree though that we need interior defense more than we need more scoring.

The reason Vince didn't come to NY is because Dolan wants to see if this team is truly better than 23 wins, and they truly are.

well the lastest rumor was trade that involved jerome james malik rose and frye for carter but the knicks didnt want to add balkman



ill do that trade only for salary cap issues......

this team needs a point guard.
Apparently Mikki Moore looking at the sunday schedule took 3000 jump shots on saturday 1500 before practice and 1500 after practice. Hard work pays off and our boys need to learn this.

why is mikki moore taking 3000 jumpers a day? b/c he knows his point guard is going to get him the ball and he's going to get open looks.

heck, we need a new starting backcourt.

Channing Frye takes 3000 jump shots every game but we still manage to lose games.

It's not about the PG! This team is one of the top offensive teams in the league and you still want to make this about the PG? It's the DEFENSE!!! It's the dumb TO's and Steph isn't the worst offender in this regard. We have to accept that this team is a work in progress. It's not gonna be a perfect ride this year. When you look at the Nets they are far more in synch as a team and of course having Kidd and Vince helps that. They make up for a lot of things.

Being patient is actually a good thing and now Isiah can continue to evaluate this roster and see what he needs to do to make it better. I'd start by playing the kids more. At this point there's no reason not to.

He doesn't really need to evaluate anything i will him

No outside shooting, no defenders to blk shots or keep quick guards out of the paint, mental midgets, bad coaching, and a team with 6 guards and none of them is sure handed with the ball or knows how to pass it

Crawford: isn't a good decision maker, can't play defense, doesn't take smart shots and plays like **** 41 times a year

Frye: Was a tremendous mistake, if you didn't think a player with his size was going to be a ****ty rebounder after averaging 7rbs in the pac 10 you shouldn't be making draft picks. Ohh and he has no hops, heart or balls

Jefferies: doesn't do anything well

Curry: allergic to effort and defense, and folds when players are tough with him

Q: going to play 65 games for the rest of his career at age 26

James: enjoys being overweight and is pretty much retired, ohh he is chronically injured

Nate: needs to grow a foot and he would be an allstar

Balkman: To much better than Jefferies, to play, Isiah doesn't want to look foolish for the jefferies signing

DLee: His 1 million dollar salary with be responsible for 90% of season ticket renewls

I'll say. Just like Kidd's Suns were more in sync than Steph's Nets; and then, instantly, Kidd's Nets were more in synch than Steph's Suns; and then Nash's Suns were, instantly, more in synch than Steph's Knicks; and Kidd's Nets have always been more in synch than Steph's Knicks.

But it's not about the PG, it's about time.

I wish Calangelo had ISAYUGH's brain this off-season and he'd be willing to give up Calderon and/or T.J. I think Mardy has the ability to be good so one of them would be enough I feel to shore up the backcourt.
