There'll be a lot of unsubstantiated and some possibly true rumor mongering out there today. Might as well set up a thread to collect them until stuff becomes official.
Post says:
1) Knicks offered Frye + Francis + others for Kidd
2) Knicks offered Frye + Rose + James + either Balkman/Cato for Carter
Daily News says:
-Knicks offered Frye + Crawford + Rose for Carter, but talks broke down because the Nets wanted Lee.
Previous talk was
-Frye, Nate and another player (would have to either be Rose, James, Jefferies, Crawford or Q) for Rashard Lewis
-Frye for Gooden was rumored.
Other ramblings without sources:
-Malik Rose for Eric Snow
-Jefferies will be traded.
