I think you got it WAY wrong.
Crawford and QRich have value.
Jefferies isn't impossible to move.
The rest I agree about though.
agreed... i'd put Malik in the "Albatross" category way before i put Q or Jamal in there... at least those guys are still steady contributors.
TMS, bobs:
I put the contracts in order of Albatrossity with Crawford and Q on the bottom because they have pretty lengthy contracts ( 4 years for Q, 5 for Craw) and they'll be getting paid 9-10 Million those last years.
I wasn't trying to imply they don't contribute but it seems like it would be hard to move those contracts for another player, no?
Perhaps I should have put them in "The Rest" though...
I know San Antonio is an extreme example because they seem to be amongst the best in the League at managing their cap but take a look at what some of their players are getting paid:

Tony Parker makes a slight bit more at the end of his contract but he's awesome. Would you rather be paying Manu or Q?
We could be paying Jackie Butler about half or less than half what Jerome James is getting with a shorter contract. But despite the heated arguments on the board, atleast everyone agrees that was probably Isiah's biggest mistake as a GM. Every GM is allowed a few I suppose...
I just really wish the Knicks could find bargains more often and stop giving players way more money and years than the market shows they are worth...
Nothing against Q though. I've liked him since his days in LA. He's the least of the Knicks current problems.
Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please
