(NYC): David, forget Lebron for a sec, your thoughts on College players entering or potentially entering-who'll make the biggest impact next year this time? Carmelo Anthony? Hollis Price? I like Mike Sweetney from G'Town as a pro. Thanks

David Aldridge: Anthony and Sweetney will be top 10 for sure. So will T.J. Ford if he comes out. I like Brandin Knight, too. The kid from Xavier (gosh, my short term memory is failing today) will also be a top10 guy.

I don't know about the rest of you, but Nbadraft.net had us picking sweetney a couple days ago. is he really that good to go at #8 in the draft over Perkins? or is the draft really that shallow?

I mean, 6-8 PF from georgetown? he can't be much better than 6-6/6-7 othella harrington.

This guy is this year's Ryan Humphrey in a larger Media Market. I wouldn't draft a 6'8 power player like this unless he had a 7'3 wingspan and could jump through the gym. This projection is Bollocks.

exactly what i was thinking. furthermore, his own market - DC papers such as the washington journal trash his game.

Now one guy I would be interested in is Jarvis Hayes. If we didn't have such a glut at the 2/3 he'd be a great pick. Very quick, can handle the ball, jump and rebound. Another guy I would really like to see in a Knicks Uniform is Marcus Hatten. I know we don't need a point guard/shooting guard... but this guy can shoot/penetrate and defend with great quickness. He be an ideal guy to come off the bench and score. He's going to have to add some muscle but has very good upside.

I'd love a poor mans Allen Iverson. With one of the second rounders I'd gladly take Hatten.
