NYC: As a Knick fan, I do not want to see Spree traded, I know we have a log jam at the 2 spot, with the untradeable Houston...but I do not want to give away our heart and soul. What are the chances of a trade , and who are the Knicks looking at and really why are they bothering?

David Aldridge: There's a chance. Philly has explored a deal with NY for Van Horn, but there are other offers on the table for other players as well. I would move Spree for a good young player if I were the Knicks, and for what it's worth, I think Van Horn is a good young (still) player.

Van Horn ... hugh? I'd hope we'd also get a pick for this deal. If we lose Spree we need to get a player that can make their own shot... He'd help in the rebounding department... Argghh... I'd rather have Stro Swift and Dickerson (garbage too make the deal work) and a pick in a deal for Spree.
