10. New York Knicks
The Knicks and LeBron? Who knew the league could freeze ping-pong balls? The fans would love it, but the Knicks would be stuck. Starting shooting guard Allan Houston and small forward Latrell Sprewell make a combined $101 million dollars over the next four seasons. No one in their right mind would take on those contracts, meaning the Knicks would probably either dangle LeBron and one of those bad contracts for an All-Star center, or just take their lumps, waive Spree and start rebuilding.

If James can play the point for other teams (as the article says), why not for the knicks - we don't need to dump spree.

Even at the ten spot, without any Stern magic, the Knicks have a shot at a good prospect. If Amare can fall that low...

Man, I wouldn't be at all disappointed with Darko.

That's my lineup.

If Darko is as good as they say, and he would be a #1 pick without LeBron, I would almost rather see him in an NY uniform. Especially with Milos coming over too. We need some size, and a big man with european skills would vastly improve this team. LeBron would be fantastic, but Darko seems to be the biggest missing piece from this team.
