Sam Mitch:
Important to use players to their strenghts, thinks thats why they are winning.
Bosh getting hurt was a blessing in disguise, had to learn to coach and the team had to win with out their "crutch".
Dealing with people and players is what has made him better as a coach. He took a look at himself.
Thinks he was right about what happened with Rafer Alston, but was wrong about the way he went about the situation. Being Right isn't always best when dealing with people.
Bryan Colangelo likes alot of input from everybody, thinks thats what makes him good. He is up front and a man of his word.
Bosh is a great teammate, very coachable and doesn't get a pass from him. He is a joy to coach.
Tells his team don't worry about Allstar votes or if they play on TV, if they win that will come. THey haven't earned anything.
VC felt he needed a change and has told him it had nothing to do with Sam as a coach. Sam has moved on, Bosh made that choice easier to take.
Raptors haven't done anything but put themselves in a postion to win. Raptors don't have the talent of the KNicks/Nets, but they play together and play hard.
Wishes more players would play in the allstar game and events.
Basically he said nothing and wasted my time. I though he might come on talking wreckless because the dinosaurs are winning.................. atlease he was taking jabs at Brown(inmy mind) through out the inter view.
