I know it won't happen here, but as he continues to fill out and continues to improve defensively, it seems like he could become a pretty good center. Not sure if he can co-exist with Eddy and that's the reason for this thread. He has an excellent outside shot which can stretch defenses. Many other qualities that say he could start. We need to see more of him in this capacity, but if he continues to back up Eddy some, I think many teams would want him as their starting center. You just don't keep a talented player playing behind Eddy...

It's too soon to think of trading him. He has too much talent that is unknown (to us anway). He might be a great asset to hold onto, for ??? Who knows, maybe it's Eddy that will be traded... The offense seems to flow better with Chandler in the game, probably cause it doesn't flow through him as it does with Eddy (but that can and probably will somewhat change).

did you just call channing chandler? interesting slip. only about 7 rebounds and 2 blocks per game difference!

i think frye gets killed underneath if he plays center. how is he possibly going to survive defensively?

You guys want to swap Channing and Curry because Channing is developing slightly as a defender? Why not give Eddy until next season to play defense? We have a finished product on offense that drops 20 on elite defensive centers. This same time next year, Eddy will start contesting shots in the paint and that will change everything! Stranger things have happened so give it a chance before you get setup with a jump shooting center that will get tossed around by everyone.

I hate a lot of part on this team and don't really see a ton to look foward to in the future but if you not getting a prime time player for anyone on this team I think you need to let Frye develop and see, and the same goes with crawford if we are not getting cap room, we need to really coach these kids and then move them when the time is right

I think he, like Curry, would be defensively challeneged at Center, but probably push 20 ppg scoring. He just gets his baskets in a different way.
