I didn't realize there was a trilogy there. I have seen 12 Monkeys and enjoyed it but never saw Brazil. I will check them out, thanks.

No problem. To be honest, I didn't know that the 12 Monkeys was part of the trilogy, that's what Gilliam said recently. Zero Theorem isn't as good, Brazil is a classic, but still worth checking out IMO.

Saw Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. It was a let down. All the stories, save for Josh Brolin's, put me to sleep. Even Alba and her g-rated stripper routine put me to sleep. I gotta say that I left impressed with Eva Green. Not too familiar with her, but she was hot.

Jeremiah Johnson was really great! Ending was a bit off, but not bad otherwise.

Saw Gone Girl - can't say enough good things about this movie. One of the best thrillers I have seen in years. Definitely worth seeing in the theater.

It is going to win some Oscars for sure - amazing screenplay, fantastic acting, great director in David Fincher.

Saw Guardians awhile ago. Liked it a lot. Had a lot of funny scenes and lines mixed in with a lot of action. I think especially excellent for teens.

Liked Edge of Tomorrow and very much recommend it for any Sci-Fi fans. It's like Ground Hog Day goes to war with ET's. Emily Blunt is wonderful in the movie and Tom Cruise does an acceptable job.

For a TV Series....I just watched Orphan Black on DVD - Season 1 and 2. Absolutely fantastic. I couldn't stop watching it. The show is a thriller with cliff-hangers; some Sci-Fi; and some comedy thrown in. The Emmy Awards people have their head up their *** for not even nominating the lead actress, Tatiana Maslany, for an award. Incredible performance(s). She deserves to win the Best Actress category.

They also have some excellent supporting cast - Maria Doyle Kennedy from the Commitments; The Tudors, etc; Michael Huisman (Daario (Season 4) in Game of Thrones;and Michele Forbes; and some excellent acting from people I have never heard of. Season 3 will start in the spring.

Furious 7 - just saw it over the weekend. Must see. Fun popcorn flick. Car and fight scenes are awesome. The ending will get you a little emotional.

Mad Max Fury Road - probably one of the most intense action movies I have ever seen. Highly recommend.

Just saw it. Little back story. Just straight action. A lot of bizarre characters and imagery, but George Miller pulls it off.

Loved it. I loved it better than both Logan and the GOTG sequal and I thought those were both awesome.

This film inspired the Matrix, and Terminator franchises, among other films. James Cameron called it "the top of the line" in this genre. One of all time favorite films. Will finally be released next February on blu ray.

Has been only available until now in a crappy full screen DVD. Its being released by Shout Factory, which always does first rate transfers. Worth checking out their catalog.

Watched Blade Runner 2049 on bluray. Was surprised how good it was. The other Ridley Scott reboots have been so-so. Maybe because he turned the keys over to the Director, Villeneuve. Smart film, thought provoking. great visuals.

Strong perfomances all around, but I thought Sylvia Hoeck as Wallace's assistant deserved an Oscar nomination. Worth checking out.

Looking forward to what posters think of "Black Panther" Amazing reviews, best reviewed Marvel movie ever.

Unfortunately I developed a condition a few years ago called Hyperacusis, which makes going to movie theaters unpleasant. Used to love going to the movies. Fortunately Ive got a nice big screen TV, so Im good.

Black Panther was awesome. Shuri stole the show. One of my favorite Marvel movies. I would rank it near Captain America Winter Soldier.
