Just giving everyone a heads up.

I'll do a rolling play by play and put it up at the end.

-Thinks Isiah is coming back either way.
-Curry is the main thing Isiah can hang his hat on
-Curry's defense is "terrible"
-Currys rebounding is ok, but has to get better
-Predicts Knicks will win 35+
-Enjoys watching the team this year, they are competitive, Isiah can hang his hat on that.
-Need to fix poor starts
-Loves Lee, thinks he has taken a major step
-Likes Frye, thinks he will be solid
-There is no gag-order in effect for announcers
-Reasons for Crawford always getting the ball in clutch: he wants the ball more than anyone else, also he's been successful. Teams now know the play the Knicks run at the end of the game and they need to change it up.

-Team in the East is Detroit, Webber has been a huge signing for them
-Team in the West is Dallas? They kinda diverted from the subject.

Over/under Kobe gets 38 tonight: Under
Clyde is interviewing Phil Jax on the pregame.

All in all, a good interview, Francesa and Breen seem like they've known each for a long time so there was a lot of joking around. Breen came across as much more down to Earth on this interview than he does on the Knicks games, didn't seem like a condescending prick.

All of Breen's comments about the Knicks I pretty much agree with. Notice how he also doesn't think Curry "sucks" at rebounding. Defense, sure, but he can rebound. He just doesn't do it well consistently.

Breen and Francessa live within two blocks of each other in Manhasset, Long Island.

They are good friends.

Is that their connection? I figured it was something like that, but wasn't sure. Thanks Trent.

Breen is much better in interviews and non-knicks games, when he isn't trying so hard to prove to people(mainly Marv) he is objective.

I really don't see the different between Breen as a Knick accouncer, and Breen as an ESPN announcer. Gus Johnson is just as "Objective" as Breen when he's on the radio and nobody pays attention to that. Both are very solid announcers.

Breen use to work at the Fan, for Don Imus. Breen is one of the most funniest radio personalities. Different Breen than the guy who does Knick games.
