From today's NY Daily News:

LeBron James probably won't be the only player entering the draft right out of high school. Scouts are studying a few other phenoms who are flying under the radar. Luol Deng, a 6-6 athletic shooting guard from Blair (N.J.) Academy, has committed to Duke. But he could still make the jump, along with his Blair teammate, Charlie Villanueva, a 6-10 forward ticketed for Illinois. Both are considered first-rounders. James Lang, of Birmingham, Ala., a 6-10, 300-pounder, also could go in the first round.

----

Combine that with Perkins, and some foreigners, we have ourselves suddenly a deeper draft. go check the list of bigmen draftees that i posted a couple of days ago to refresh...

Villanueva's awesome, I watched him in an AAU game. Good range, can handle, but I think he's gonna go to Illinois, I would be surprised if he came out. If he does though, its only good for the Knicks, as you said, it adds depth.

Or better yet, check out www.nbadraft.net for a better look at what the draft might look like. These guys are hardcore about the NBA Draft, updating the site every week. Keep in mind, of course, that it's purely based on draft order, and not specific team needs. I think last time I checked the Knicks were drafting 5'10 TJ Ford. Heh, don't think we need another PG...
go knicks!

Also there is Zarko Cabarkapa(PF/SF/C) who's looks promising also.

Man Lang is Huge! If he doesn't become another Eddie Curry. He could contribute immediately.
