and put Curry at the four. You have a shot blocker, and Curry defense wont get exposed as bad. Everyone thinks Lee and Frye cant guard so let try this

you really want to see Curry guarding more mobile PF's that can shoot on the perimeter? aren't there enough threads complaining about his defense already?

why not? let's make another lineup change...in february...40+ games into the season...when lineups should be set already...and where frye + lee + curry are all healthy...but yeah, let's make that change. (did that give some of you deja vu?)

curry at the 4

lac - brand
uta - ak47 or millsap
lal - odom
gs - harrington

i'm thinking that experiment will last all of :32 seconds or jerome's 2nd foul, whichever comes first.

Wow. Racial slurs.

I think DJ does have a point that constantly changing starting lineups may have adverse affects on team morale and that Curry would have a hard time guarding 4s that can put the ball on the floor...

That being said I would understand why you [King] would get a bit frustrated watching Frye or Lee guard guys like KG and Bosh. Though I think the reason why those 2 are so valuable is that not many teams have players that can guard them both on the perimeter and the paint.

Stating the obvious I guess.

King... stop hating on Lee. He's a good kid and his hard work will eventually pay off. Probably when he signs with the Heat or Magic.

We saw Curry and Big Snacks together last year... it was awesome

I actually wouldn't trash Curry for that one bit. It would be like blaming Jamal Crawford for not being able to guard the post (Which he can't.) All the complaining would be directly towards you know who if that were to happen. No need to worry TMS.

I wouldnt be opposed to starting cato in front of frye, but not james. he just plane sucks. anyway I dont think starting cato is the best option anyway. its true that the SL needs more defense but thats not how i would go about doing it.

Why not forfeit the rest of our games, if starting Jerome James and Curry is really what it has come too.

Curry has to score 20 points per game just to overcome his defensive shortcomings. I guarantee a real GM will fisrt trade either Frye or Lee for a perimeter defender. He then would make Curry play defense or sit him

I've been pining for Pietrus from GS. The money for Frye works straight up. Ever seen him play? Reminds me a lot of a younger Raja Bell. Very tough player

i agree cato is our shotblocker...we dont need to acquire an overpaid one.....i really like jerome wen he is motivated.....i just hope we trade crawford and frye and jj2 for a consistent scorer

I have a feeling if we started Cato at the 5 we might want Frye over Eddy at the 4, and he'd quickly return to last year's better form.

Then we could bring Eddy off the bench so Isiah could get credit for something or other.

Frye's a nice guy and he's a good shooter for a big man, but seriously he's even less mobile than Curry.

Watching him try to dribble the ball is painful; he has NO 1-on-1 moves whatsoever.
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

I don't think you'd say that if you'd ever seen Curry offensively or defensively 15-24 feet out to compare.
