He just went on about the history of the knicks and how much he respects the basketball minds of the fans and just loves the city as a whole.

Oh man, if only we had some money on the side. That's too good for us though. What were the GM's thinking? What the hell was Dolan thinking? I remember seeing a Kobe in a video, slamming on a New York play ground hoop and as he went up and threw it down, he called out 'New York City, number one'! At the time, L.A. wasn't going to let him go and when he became available sometime the last few years, guess what? We had no money. This is what I mean about 'waiting' for the right move., when we do' have the money, or some' money. Same thing with Chris Webber several years back. He wanted to play in NYC, and somehow Layden wanted him to play for free. Chris's father made him make the right choice. That money was invested into Allan Houston, just prior to Webber's availabiltiy and guess what? We knew Chris was going to be available too, but Laydumb gave all 100 million to Houston. And guess what? Houston declined and we ended up paying through the nose, no way to make yet another pitch to the recently available LeBron James. If we can just wait, when the money becomes available. Or some' money anyway.
I'll never trust this' team again.
