the artist formerly known as dido says "enough is enough" on realgm:
Until I see better decision making with our lineups, better game management, better defensive efforts, better usage of the media, better usage of the talents we have on the roster, until he finally admit that we are a horrible defensive team and acquires a coach that can instruct our players on defensive fundamentals, I will continue to bash or call for Isiah's head.

Pleas join me fans. I need your help. We can't afford to miss out on this great opportunity that we have in front of us. We have too talented of a roster to continue on losing games that we should have won.

let's go Knicks.

Just another one of the "That's It I've Had It" crowd. It's a growing crowd to say the least.

Is he still using my handle?

I'm still pissed off that he stole the exact same handle as me and is using it on other forums. He's killing my legacy with the convoluted crap that he spews!

I don't know why, but Isiah thinks that he can coach/lead and direct the team from the sidelines, which in my opinion is very dumb. What Isiah has failed to realize is that what he could do as a player can't be done from the side lines as a coach. There hasn't been one game this season where lacks of direction and leadership have not surfaced. Not one game.

Direction: Isiah has no clue about what he really wants to do with the talents that he acquired. Currently, Curry is the flavor of the month. He continues to pound the ball inside even when it is clear that a new direction is necessary. I am not asking not to go on the low post, but when the defense is keying on Curry, it is in the Knicks' best advantage to use a different strategy. That is called adjusting to the other team's philosophy. We have other guys that can make shots, especially if we move the ball like we are supposed too.

Leadership: Isiah needs to recognize that the closest thing to a capable leader that we have right now is Marbury. Frye and Lee are capable of leading, but they are both too raw as players. Every game that I have watched so far, you can easily tell that if one player was entrusted to take charge of the team as the LEADER, the droughts that we have had on offense and defense could have easily been resolved. Last night for instance, throughout the second quarter, the Knicks played like crop, all because they were lacking motivation and direction. Isiah should have called upon Marbury during every stop to instruct him to take charge and help his team-mates correct the deficiencies. I am not seeing too much communication between Marbury and Isiah during the course of games, and that has to be corrected. Good coaches always have constant dialogue with their best players during games and Isiah is not doing that. When the other team is on the line shooting free throws, Isiah needs to have Marbury next to him to instruct him of what he is seeing that needs to be corrected from the sideline.

Isiah was always with C. Daily or B. K. when he ran the show for those coaches, why can't he instill that same ideology with Marbury? When you have a young team or weak leaders, you have to constantly shout out instructions to get them to do what is right.

Message to Isiah: you can't be the coach/leader/motivator/director all at once. Coach and motivate the team, but ask of Marbury or whoever else to lead and direct others on the court.

We need a big man that can step in and command attention... Last night, not once I have seen our team huddled to strategize. When Q is on the court, you see a lot of that, but when he is not playing, we don't huddle at all. That to me is a clear indication that Isiah is not coaching his leaders. That is why we always give up leads, and that is why we commit so many turn overs. Pull Steph to the side during every stops to relay messages through him, that should be strictly Isiah's job.

Isiah can't be smart. The decision to change the lineup in the 3rd is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. We were only losing by 2 points at half time, if there was a change needed in that game, it should have been Balkman guarding Wallace. Having 3 dumb players on the court together in Nate, Crawford and Curry has yet to prove to be a good lineup this season. Everytime he used the 3 or 4 guard lineup we have lost. Can someone please bring that to his attention at a press conference?

I am so sick and tired of his dumb adjustments. Isiah is a good motivator, but he doesn't know how to manage games.

Some people around here just don't get it. As long as their favorite player get to play, that's all they care about. What about winning the basketball game? The media needs to have a field day with Isiah for mailing this game in once again due to his love for midgets lineup.

Isiah will probably make that same dumb excuse that he has made after every blow out: they were making shots, so I wanted to have shooters on the court to make shots. that's why I ellected to go with Nate in the second half. What a dumb fok

A lineup of Nate and Crawford in the same back court added Curry in the front court is dumb also, because both Nate and Crawford are dumb as hell and Curry is even worse. There is a reason why we almost lead the league in TOs.

Perhaps the players were tired and its not all the coaches fault?
