Either one of these 2 have to be traded or one has to develop a devensive game. Can't have 2 starting big men who play ZERO D and so someone has to go unless u want to say Frye is a backup center but I think he is capable of far more than that. One or the other

that's a joke right?
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

A more accurate statement would be:

Marbury and Curry, OR the rest of the entire team (ONE HAS TO BE TRADED).

Nothing.

What's wrong with how the other 80% of the team is playing?

Eddy Curry, Crawford and Nate for Okafur work in my book, doubt charlotte would take the package......we could also give them 3 million since they are strapped for cash.

OK??? I think he means we should just make the team gel, which I agree. I know there was I time where I said blow the team up, but I realized that constantly making trades will not benefit this team. I am hoping the players can learn and progress. I am hoping Frye can become a beast and Curry and Lee can learn to play defense. They are young. Rarely do players there age have a huge impact on games. But nothing would hurt me more to see them blossom on another team.

The team won't work b/c Curry is not all he's promised to be.

Outgoing
Chris Mihm
7-0 from Texas
No games yet played in 2006/07
Aaron McKie
6-5 SG from Temple
0.0 ppg, 0.0 rpg, 0.0 apg in 5.0 minutes
Andrew Bynum
7-0 C from St. Joseph (HS)
8.3 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 1.3 apg in 21.5 minutes
Incoming
Jamal Crawford
6-5 SG from Michigan

Channing Frye
6-11 PF from Arizona

I like this deal I think there is a slight possibility of them accepting it

Crawford
Bryant

Ohh who i am i kidding i think we are stuck with this team......But that would give us the oppurtunity to look into exploring a Curry/Nate package

No GM that comes to the knicks would trade Curry............ get over it.

I'd trade either one, but preferably Curry, just b/c Frye seems to be the harder worker on the court, at least in my view.

I honestly believe the Lakers could possibly buy into a Bynum deal for Curry, if they really feel they need scoring in the post, to win right away, however, Emeka Okafor? No shot in hell. The Bobcats are building around and around and around the guy.

Its been said that you have to be a really smart basketball player to master the triangle offense. I can't see Phil Jackson wanting Curry for that reason. Curry may give you 20 a night but all the other aspects of the game its still baby steps.

If I had to pick one- I think I would move Curry just because he is making so much more money & Frye is still on his rookie deal.

I also think Frye has shown flashes that he can play hard on both sides of the ball.

On the offensive end, assuming he is hitting his shot- he is harder to defend- whereas Curry can be collapsed on & stopped and then others have to step up.

Frye is also probably a better passer and can develop a higher BB IQ/skills than Curry.

the more i think about it the more i think trading Curry would be the best move for this team.. if we could package him with one of our bad contracts(Steve, Jerome) for an expiring deal and a good young defensive big man.. i'd do it for sure

what about some sort of three-way where we get Tyrus Thomas/Hakeem Warrick, the bulls get Pau Gasol and the Grizz get Eddy Curry/a bulls player.. that sounds tasty
