Last year Larry Brown... i dont even need to go into his record breaking 034830948 lineups and un-real sub patterns..

but this year is mind boggling... Isiah starting Jeffries, playin Malik Rose vs. the Suns... it just doesent make any sense...

Conspiracy Theory:

Isiah was known for this exact thing in Indiana as a coach (strange lineups and rotations) and LB was never known for it in the past i dont think???? (maybe im wrong)

So maybe Isiah was making subs from the tunnel last year for LB???

ehheeahahaaha

CAN WE PLEASE GET A COACH WHO PLAYS THE PLAYERS WHO DESERVE TO PLAY?!?!?!?!!? PLEASE?!??!!??! EVER?!??!

ever since I've watched the Knicks people have complained about the lineup whatever coach has used. I mean, yes, it's frustrating and yes my signature demands DLee starts, but everyone is always going to have their own ideas about who needs to play.

How about a GM who gets the right players too?

Pretty please?

Even if Isiah is fired, Curry and Lee will be foundation players here for the next ten years.

Isiah isn't going anywhere, you all might as well get used to it

I don't know what your definition of "foundation players" is but to me Curry and Lee aren't. They're more the type of players you put around foundation players.

I'd trade either of them in the right deal.

I've already come to grips with Isiah getting his extension at the end of the season.

since they're the type of players you put 'foundation players' around, why would you get rid of them?

curry can score on anyone in the league and lee should be an allstar F in the EC for the next 10 yrs b/c of where he plays and how he plays. isles, failure to accept that is delusion.

then again...

then again...

Curry is useless on the other end of the court and he doesn't know how to play within the framework of an offense that isn't using him as the 1st and 2nd options. There's no chance an offense like that works in the playoffs where teams would sell out to deny him the ball and swarm him when he does to force him to pass.

I really like Lee but he's not even close to being an all star, much less a perennial one. He's having a very good season and he isn't even in the conversation when it comes to the all star game.

So about half a billion in salaries and 4 potential lottery picks traded away and all we have to show for it is Curry and Lee?

Seems like a pretty steep price.

Now that's a fair point.

Year 7, of Bip's lesson. It ain't the coach. Everytime we take one guy off the court(for poor play or lack of effort no defense lack of rebounding) we replace him with a guy that makes us vulnerable in other areas. Until we get balance to our roster our coach will always be trying to pull tricks out of a hat to win games. Our best players are playing. They just aren't winning. Malik is used sparingly and his affect on our record is minimal. The guys affecting our record are Lee and Curry and Frye and Stephon and Jamal and Q and JJ2 and Balkman. They are getting subbstantial chances to turn this around. It's not the rotations, it is the roster. 7 years running now. Someday we will all come to grips with that.

Cutting guys and adding another savior will not change it. We need to build a team that can score, play defense, rebound, do the little things, block shots, guard the perimter etc. Until we get a team that does all these things you are kidding yourselves thinking it's a winning team.
I just hope that people will like me
