Find the URL to the actual picture you want to post and link(Generally done by right clicking on the picture and clicking the properties tab to generate the URL) it into your message. Highlight the whole link and click the Image Tag from your Toolbar.

Well that was my inital reaction to his post, but I'm trying to improve on my people relation skills.

It's easier with Firefox if you have it. Just right click the image and choose "copy image location".

Once you have the image location (however you managed to get it), post a message and click on the little box that says "Image" This will insert the begin and end codes you need to display your image. Insert your cursor between these two codes and paste the image location you copied earlier.

(Oh, and make use of the "testing" forum. No one will call you a loser for making a mistake there!)
