Our biggest problem is defense! I don't get to watch too many games, but see some of them and try to get whatever video I can to judge our players. Rather than trade' players, what can be done to improve our current teams defense. What do you see with each individual that can be improved on? How can the poor defenders be improved or the better defenders be utilized better in certain situations?

Is it a matter of getting back quicker, or boxing out more, or having hands in they're face, harrasing the opponent more, moving the feet better, jumping more agressivly? What are the little things that need to be done with each individual player. What are these players not learning, individually? We talk a great deal of the lack' of but not too much on solving the problems. Is it a question of lacking good defensive coaches? Who do you think can emerge as a defensive player(s) on this team, what do you see as they're potential? What are our problems on the defensive end?
