Ok boys...tonight is the big "test" with the Kings of mediocrity going up against the second hottest team in the league (Sac town is #1 in my book - the Mavs cant touch them). I am actually going to the game tonight with a friend of mine from work. It is my first game this season so I am psyched. As much as I would love to see the Knicks lose because winning isnt getting them anywhere...I wouldnt mind seeing them pull one out against a quality team. However I think its going to be a blowout.

I'm not sure on how many seasons exactly, but haven't the Mavs NOT won here in 13 seasons?

The Mavs just came out of a losing streak and are picking up momentum
going into the garden so they will be tough to beat.
Thats a good game to have tickets.While you are there could you plz fedex me one of those garden pretzels?I used to be addicted to them

the mavs always kill us so i would be shocked if we actually pull this one out at home

I feel good about the Knicks chances. They've played well at home & against good teams. They must play solid D and they can't afford to go for long stretches without scoring. Doleac must be able to hit the J and Spoon's got to crash the boards. Kurt's got to try not to foul out too early. Eisley & Ward must hit the 3 . . .

Im not so optimistic this time around. I believewe will have a strong performance by Kurt Thomas and Latrell Sprewell. Kurt Thomas seems to rise to the occaision against bigger centers.

not true...i am not going tonight, but I have seen the Mavs two years in a row. Two years ago the Knicks won a double OT thriller, last year they won in OT. The way you beat them is to go small and harass them. Your not winning the battle on the boards, and you cant match their bigs, so you attack them with speed and hope you outshoot them. Try to get Nowitzki to settle for jumpers.
The Mavs are beatable.
