Barring an unforeseen collapse and taking into account how smitten Dolan is with Thomas, once the Knicks crack 30 wins, Thomas is a lock to receive an extension. Some believe that Dolan already has made the decision to keep Thomas.

So basically the over is 30wins. Sad because the 03-04 team won 39

I don't think Dolan has the cajones to fire Isiah (IF it comes to that), but Isola is REALLY reaching here, IMO.

The fans are enthusiastic again (and spending money). Dolan's satisfied.

I'm of the, Dolan has already made the decision to keep Thomas, mind.

Let's go Nets.

One thing that I've seen is if you replace a coach too soon you can have bad consequences. Let him finish what he started, things are DEFINITELY looking much better.

Look at what happened to Thomas in Indiana... he had them going in the right direction. He knows how to bring a center along. Maybe they weren't built to go deep but at least they were going. I'd rather improve from there than try to build a contender in one sweep... real hard with our salary cap situation. Let's see what THESE players can do.

Seriously, this is a big turnaround from last year. Yeah, not great but a big turnaround. Go down the list of our players... who is playing worse? Jamal comes to mind, but his clutch play at the end almost makes up for the games he costs us with his shot selection.
Jerome James, same crap. The players who matter, for the most part, are playing better to incredibly better (Curry). Let's see what those caught in between (where is Nate? What happens with Francis?) end up like...

We are at a critical point, Jersey is playing well, we don't want to attack the division playing from behind in the standings against an experienced team in a weak division...

I dont think cutting Zeke is really the answer here - and at this point what is another season or two? Too much turnover has hurt this team as much as anything else Isiah or Dolan have done. They need some stability and Isiah is decent, not great, but decent. For now in order to get this roster to grow the way it needs to that is fine. When someone really grat comes along in the future that could push them over the top then you make the move.

Brown came here too early in the rebuilding phase and we all know how that went.
