I dont have time to dig up stats but I think Crawford is much better when he starts. It looks like it is tough for him to get in the flow. The 4th quarter he starts to get comfortable and plays much better. I just see him really struggle coming off the bench in the first half instead of starting

yeah, could be that he is re-adjusting his game to coming off the bench. It's like his second game after about 10-15 starts, right?

I think Craw was better off the bench with the second unit last year.

Isiah needs the shooting and D of Q to help Curry. But Craw and Curry are good together on the court at the same time.

he is, definately. he is a rythem player... so if he comes off the bench.. hes either on fire or hes not effective.

If he starts, he can work up a rhythm if he starts slow

Backup point guard. He's less of a gunner and actually tries hard to run the offense.

Though those silly showboat turnovers have got to stop. Even GUS JOHNSON was on him about that.

Agree. I don't see a difference when he starts or comes off the bench. I see a HUGE difference when he plays the point as opposed the 2 guard spot.

he does play better as a starter tho, that can't be denied but he was in the running for 6th man of the year last year around the time of the 6 game win streak. so he can play off the bench. i don't know what's up with him this season but he needs to get a little more under control.

there were stats flashed on the screen on MSG before a few of the games this year that showed Jamal shooting a higher % & averaging higher pts & assists when he starts games rather than coming off the bench... the stats might have evened out since then, not sure, but i definitely sense that he's a better player when he starts games.

Could be. Like I said I just seem to notice he is a different player when he is in charge of the offense.
