With all the attention on Gilbert Arenas, look for Caron Butler to have a career night. Knicks -13 vs. Wizards

for some reason i have a feeling Marbury has a big night tonight... he's been playing well lately & he's about due for a big scoring night in the 30's or more.

now watch him go out & shoot 1 for 20.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

Caron is absolutely KILLING people this year. He really should be under HEAVY consideration for the All-Star team. I love his game. I wanted him here for a long, long time.

Washington is a bit like phoenix- they do give up points, so if our guys are on, they'll hit, but they outscore folks.

While we need our guys to hit open looks- I think our strength has to be to slow the pace, punch it into curry and hope that Arenas hits only 50% and not 60% of his shots.

I can't wait to see Marbs try to stop Arenas...I saw Arenas in college at The Garden...It was Arizona against Kentucky...Arenas and RJ versus Tayshaun Prince...My friends and I called him Zero all game...Who is this guy Zero...My, I really didn't think he would turn into this..What a player...If Arenas was a Knick, the haters would call him one dimensional...

When you're top 3 in the entire league at something you can be as one dimensional as you like.

Tonight the Knicks are going to start Marbury on Arenas. After Arenas gets started they are going to switch Jeffries off of Jamison and onto Arenas. That is when Jamison will torment us. But I see us pulling this one out in a close game.

Who's covering Butler?

Who's covering Butler?

I think that the first substitutions from the tipoff will produce a lineup of

Marbury -> Arenas
Crawford -> Stevenson
Richardson -> Butler
Jeffries -> Jamison
Curry -> Thomas

Then when things start to go downhill (Arenas shooting over Marbury), Isiah will try to pull something like

Marbury -> (Whoever is playing the other guard position, could possibly be Daniels/Hayes at this point)
Jeffries -> Arenas
Richardson -> Butler
Frye/Lee -> Jamison
Curry -> Thomas

They should make up for the Bobcats loss and surprise themselves (and us) and win this one, it would be a biiiigg boost in confidence. Then destroy the Nets oohah...oh no that's not me

So you're saying he makes a shot? I'm not so sure.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
