I have to say that it has been frustrating watching the Knicks of late the Wins aren't doing anything positive for me right now. I could careless for a playoff apperance it has no championship implications. All this team is doing is shooting itself in the foot. One thing that I hate more than anything is mediocrity. It doesn't give you a chance at getting better with draft picks and it doesn't get you championships.

I am rooting for losses. Maybe we can pick up John Lucas. Chaney is just not cutting it.

Im frustrated too because I see other teams getting taken apart and rebuilt over and over while we are still putting band aids on this
condemned hunk of ....




Id take a pass on Lucas,I dont know if he has the same passion for
the game he used to have and only don chaney has more losing seasons as a coach.I wouldnt mind seeing scott skiles get a chance.

If you believe that Chaney is to blame for the losses, it seems like you should want to keep him.

Unless by "not cutting it" you mean "not losing enough.

If I had my way, this team wouldnt win another game this season. This team is a joke. It makes me sick to see them take the court at MSG...they are a disgrace to NYK basketball and the only person to blame is none other then JAMES DOLAN.

the reason the knicks suck is because of the contracts the players have... and were given.

We should use the players we have ... namely Thomas and Spree to get out out of cap hell. Package Thomas with Anderson... package Spree with Eisley.... and were not so bad. We get some expiring contracts some picks.... viola! We're really horrible, have some space for Milos... some space to draft a small forward with size.... Bosh or Anthony ... as a consolation prize at least. With a good chance at getting Milic or LeBron. Dolan wants to save some money... he should pull the trigger.

There's one major flaw with your theory---All of the players mentioned
(except KT) have a market value that is far far lower than their
actual value.

Why would other teams pick up huge contracts of veteran players when the luxury tax is killing 2/3 of the league?

Forget about the Knicks sigining any free agents for the next few years.
