I want to say that if he did actually freeze Isiah from making any trades, which it definitely seems so, based on him buying out those contracts, then I believe that's probably the smartest thing he could have done. I don't know what Dolan's intentions were, but for now, Isiah can't do anymore harm to this team with his God awful trades and we can go one trade deadline, at least hopefully, in peace, just looking foward to a normal Summer. I just don't trust Isiah anymore. He lost all of his credibility, and he's not a 1000th of the man that played for the Detroit Pistons in the 80s.

Yeah, that continues to be the most amazing thing to me. That this is somehow the same Isiah who was the best player on one of the best defensive teams ever, if not one of the best teams ever. How can this be the same person? How can he watch his team give up 126 points to a lousy team at home and not be totally disgusted?? I truly do not get this.

To be fair, how do we know that he isn't 'totally disgusted' with the players when the media ins't watching? Its a good trait to be able to put on a happy face for the media if necessary while laying into the guys behind closed doors.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

Good point. So I'll just assume he's totally disgusted and is laying into the players behind closed doors, despite his moronic comments that do nothing but insult NY fans. Gee, I suddenly feel much better about Isiah as a coach/GM.
