This is being tried at other pro sports. I bet it will come to the garden one day. I like the idea. :)

it's tough. if the team continues to be mediocre to bad, they will lose more patrons if the ticket prices go up, food or no food.

but if they are winning, well that would be the time to do it. it's not a bad idea but looking around in section 404, i would say only 30-40% of the people actually buy stuff from the vendors (with jimimou making up 29.5% of that). the rest don't get anything or actually bring some food/drinks with them.
