If I had to choose between the 2, I'd choose Rashard since he's younger. He's a lights out shooter, will grab ya 6-8 boards as a SF, which is pretty good. He's not a great defensive player, but I'd say he's average so I would definitely think he's a good fit for this team.

Agreed. Rahard is exacty what we need. A lights-out shooting SF who is a threat to drop 20-25 everytime he steps on the hardwood.
The gap in talent between Rashard and Jeffries is of grand-canyon proportions where as the gap in talent isn't as big when comparing Ray to Jamal and Q.
