get behind the defense. I mean where is the TO and the scalding? How many times do I have to see another teams player run past our guys for uncontested lay in? I beg they fire IT--I think right now he may want it, he looks like he could care less right now as is.

steve mills and ratner are on the trip with the team. dolan couldn't make it b/c he's sick. i'm not sure how normal that is for those guys to be accompanying them this early in the season.

At this point, I could care less about the coaching. He just has a bad team and he knows it. However, I've been calling for him to be fired as the GM for quite sometime now, and I think that means getting rid of him completely. I don't even care if Steve Mills is the interim GM for while we search for a new one (And we better search hard and wisely this time!). It's time that we rebuild this roster, and Isiah proved that he doesn't know how to do that. He has bad taste, in my eyes.

Isiah Thomas firiing is about season and a half late. Let Brendan Suhr finish the season out as the interim head coach and spending the off season searching for a head coach and GM. The organization needs to be rebuilt starting from the top. Though I believe Dolan is possibly the most idiotic Professional Sports owner I think with the right GM in place a Championship contender can be built by the sheer fact that Dolan has shown has no compunction about spending crazy amounts of money on players.

not overly concerned, the nets went 0-5 on a similar trip and they are calling for the GM and Coaches head.

One mental lapse isn't enough to kill me when we were still able to bring it to within 2 on an outside jumper by frye.

The glass is still have full...believe it or not.
Let's go Knicks. That's amare

But they didn't just win 23 games and have players quit last season. This is a team that has yet to show perservance. This is also a team with a lot to prove not to just outsiders but themselves as well. The more and more confidences are beat down due to constant losing the more a team is suseptible to giving up on a season.

Ask Misterearl !
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Who cares? I guarentee you the Nets will win the division and get to atleast the 2nd round of the playoffs. As much as it pisses me off to say that, it's still the truth. They are a veteran team, the play well every year, why would this year be any different.

You're like one of those guys who on opening day of the baseball season says the D'Rays are better than the Yankees because the D'Rays are 1-0 and the Yankees are 0-1.

they lost to superior teams the past couple nights... they also showed some tremendous heart in some very close games the other week... basketball's more fun to watch this season than last, regardless if the team's much improved or not... i like what i'm seeing out of some of the young guys... if you're gonna rag on Isiah for their lapses on D, you have to also give him some credit for helping to develop Curry & Lee on the offensive end of the floor... what i don't like out of Isiah's coaching this season is why he isn't starting his best & most consistent player this season in David Lee... that one i can't explain for the life of me... & why the hell is Big Turd James even on the floor? didn't Cato show he could be effective during that win streak?

no we dont. and even if we did the its not as meaningful since the nets dont have thd same history of losing as the knicks do. If the knicks had been playing well in the prior 2 seasons I'd agree with you but they havent. theyve been sucking the whole time.

You guys are nuts!!!...You wanted to give HOF coach Larry Brown three seasons to get it right....Isiah has been coaching two months and here you a calling for his head...The team is much better than last year but you don't care...Three games ago we are all thinking that this team might be turning things around, the lost to better teams that have played longer together..But no, It's Isiah fault, they should be winning all these games....OK...

I want to know one thing where are the iT supporters on that play where we let two guys
