Although Nate & Mardy are still missing, this is our rotation for the rest of the season !!! Nate will take all of Francis minutes !!!

C = CURRY
PF = FRYE
SF = JJ
SG = Q
PG = MARBS

6th man = Lee
7th man = Craw
8th man = Nate

I just believe that Zeke will stick with this rotation from here on out !!!
GOD arose JESUS from the grave !!! Isiah arose the Knicks from their grave !!!

at this point, I'd play Balkman over Nate. Use JJ at SG if we need another guard. Nate can be the 9th man and get some minutes, but until he plays under control and passes more and defends better, I don't think he should see the floor.

but, yeah, it's nice to have a coach who trusts his good players and shortens the bench. I still say that was the major reason the wheels came off last year.

Francis needs to be out and Nate should replace him.

Lets not count on Q, but if he dos come back, I would just reduce all the guard minutes and not play him over 25 a game, obviously his minutes need to be closely monitored if we want him around in crunch time or his bad back will give out. He has played way too many minutes this year, we need to use him as injured veteran presence aka Penny when he was still serviceable.

C Curry/Lee
PF Frye/Lee
SF JJ/Balkman
SG Craw/Q/Nate
PG Marbs/Nate/Q
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

I dont' think you can sustain an 8 man rotation for a full season without losing guys to injuries or watching them crash late in the season. I like the current rotation. I still think the best line-up is replacing jamal with an uninjured Q in the starting line-up. But regardless of who starts Q has to be in the rotation. I love Nate, but the way we are playing now, I don't understand the purpose of having him take minutes away from Marbs, Q or Jamal. I can see him playing the minutes that Francis gave tonight if he was outplaying him, but I dont' understand him getting 20 minute nights.

This is the view I had during the pre-season when people were telling me the strength of our team is that we can go 11 deep and if I didn't think so that means I'm a Nets fan. Funny how things change.

I think our depth should be used as a deterrent for poor defensive play. If Jamal/Steph/Stevie etc doesn't give effor than we bench him. But if they do the depth sits on the bench. We can't keep eveyrone happy. I said this in pre-season. The key to the team will be maintaining the egos of the guys not playing because you could not win by giving everyone minutes.

Right now with the team playing well, Isiah has leverage. He can sit Nate and Nate can't argue that he deserves to play. He can bench a guy not giving effort and point to the standard we have set for the past 5 games as a reason why. this is leverage that he has not allowed any coach in the past to have. We need to take advantage of this moment. The standard has been set. We know the team can give effort for a full game so when we see a lack of it, don't blame the fans or anyone else for it. Give it every night or you sit.

If I could name a rotation (when everyone's back) - it would be as follows
- Curry, Lee and Frye in the 4 and 5. I don't care which one comes off the bench.
- Q backed up by Balkman at the 3. JJ2 gets spot duty as a defensive specialist.
- Steph and Nate at the point
- Craw and Francis at sg. If Francis is healthy, he starts. If not, Craw gets the nod.

That is a 10 man rotation. Too much. While I like Lee starting, I think he has shown that it doesn't matter to him if he starts or not and he still puts forth a great effort. I would have this starting lineup with a quick hook on the frontline if they don't rebound or defend with Lee waiting on the wing.

C-Curry
PF-Frye (Can play the 5)
SF-JJ2 (Can be moved to 5 or 4)
SG-QRich (I want him stationed at the 2. Save his back from banging with the bigger boys)
PG-Dinglebury

Bench 8 man rotation -
Lee - First off bench to spot the 4 and the 3.
Crawford - Backs up the 1 and 2 spot.
Balkman-Backs up the 3

9th man (needed by position when we are in foul trouble or someone gets ejected)
Francis - backcourt
James or Cato - Doesn't matter who. This is only for the 5.
Malik - backup for the 3 and 4 if noone else is left.

10th man
Nate
Mardy
