Take frye and Wilcox out and I'd do it
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

Would do this deal in a heartbeat! Would Seattle though?? Wilcox blocks shots and rebounds, a much better fit (next to Curry) than Frye. Lee could then be the backup and grab his 15 rebounds a game. Watson could play defense at the end of games when we have trouble stopping penetration from opposing point guards. We get rid of Francis... c'mon - this is a great deal for N.Y.

Wilcox blocks shots and rebounds...really....I think you need to check those stats again...He actually has a worse shot blocking rate than Frye, rebound numbers on par with Frye given the same minutes..Fifth year in the league so he is almost the player he is going to be but he is still young...Cannot score as well...God forbid Curry goes down then what...At least Frye can step in and play some center for you...No way you start Wilcox ahead of Lee...Lee is an all around better player than Wilcox in his second year...If Watson is such a great player that everyone covets, why does he keep getting traded or can't get a starting job in a league where everyone is looking for a defensive point guard that can distribute the ball

Holfresh...

Wilcox is still raw, but much more athletic and defensive-oriented than Frye. I think Frye is talented, and a much better shooter, but he doesn't compliment Curry well enough (does not box out and hold his position defensively). I think Lee is great, but gets exposed b/c of his size against bigger PFs. Lee fits next to Curry better than Frye, but we are small and less athletic. Again, it's not who's better, it's the combination of Curry and a PF with a a backup that can cover both positions. Watson plays defense and is a great backup (what we need). We get rid of Francis and allow QRich and Crawford to play the 2. Watson could sub for Marbury when we need defense. Nate can mature and eventually earn more minutes in the rotation.

Would you still rather have our current lineup considering salary & chemistry?

Curry (Cato, Balkman, James)
Frye (Lee, Rose)
Jeffries (Q RIch)
Francis (Crawford)
Marbury (Nate, Collins)

OR

Curry (Cato, James)
Wilcox (Lee, Rose)
Jeffries (Balkman)
Q.Rich (Crawford)
Marbury (Watson, Nate)

w/Jefferies' return he probably gets hurt the most... Isiah will probably go w/smaller lineups again... it's a shame because he provided the first real shotblocking presence we've had since Mutombo left during those few games where everyone was out on suspension.

Wilcox has much more ability to be a dominant player he is just braindead, i don't want anything to do with another guy that is in space.....he is redundant next to lee, we need players that bring different things to the table.

We need perimeter defensive players and to get rid of one bad contract. Crawford, Steph, or Francis contract.

Guys for the love of God DO NOT trade Frye, Curry or Lee unless it's an abolute no brainer. Wilcox? Fortson? Please!!!

Frye, Lee and Curry has incredible potential. Danny friggin fortson does not. Please step away from the pc and think before you trade anyone from the front line.

No brainer in my mind. Buy out Fortson. Wilcox would be one hell of a pf next to Curry and the guy has loads of potential. We get rid of Francis' awful contract. I don't think Seattle does that deal unless we include Nate as well, which I would still probably do if they gave us a second rounder back.

Curry, Lee, Jefferies, Crawford, Marbury

Wilcox, Q, Watson, Balkman

Looks good to me. We get better defensively and get a pure pg off the bench.

Lee is an overall better player than Frye, yet he still doesn't start. Doesn't make sense, does it? Regardless of shotblocking stats, Wilcox is a much better player defensively than Frye and I think that's what we need.

Frye is one of the few outside shooters the Knicks have, which stretches the defense and creates more space for Curry. Obviously, he needs to work on other aspects of his game, but I wouldn't trade him for Wilcox.

Nah man, Wilcox and Watson are not happening. Wilcox has talent but is a major knucklehead.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.
