New York loves an underdog, and with only nine players available for the Bobcats as a result of suspensions from Saturday's brawl and injuries (only eight played for the second straight game), the Knicks seem far more comfortable in that role than in anything else. "I think we're really determined to win these games," said Channing Frye, who had a career-high 30 points against the Bobcats.
