I have been pulling for a Curry/Lee/Frye frontcourt with Q and Marbury in the backcourt.

That lineup can rebound, play some decent D, and definitely score.

I don't care what the lineup is as long as David Lee is starting. Mr. Intangibles.

Lee is the glue. I loved the 3 together. They are our future!
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

the more lee plays, the more you see why he needs to be in the game. Dont worry about the bench, you have energy coming from nate and balkman

The suspensions help our chemistry. The same 6 on the floor all game. Curry, Frye and Lee can be the best front line in the NBA on some nights

I agree. You really are seeing that we have too much depth. You give guys 37+ minutes and they start to develop some chemistry.

If you give Curry, Frye and Lee enough time to learn to play together they will find a way to be average on defense and great on offense!

Kudos for Lee, but he has to be able to defend the three (SF) better. Didn't those series of alley opps by Wallace come when Lee was guarding him?

Lee is a 4. He can't guard the mega-atheltic 3s like Wallace.

I think we need Q at the 2 and Jeff at the 3. Q is built like a tank and would dwarf a lot of the 2s in the league.

Q'd also be our best defensive player at the 2, becuase we are weak on defense at the 2 as well. If we slide Q to the 2, we are basically switching the bad D from the 2 to the 3, but we gain an incredible rebounder and high-percentage shooter at the 3 with Lee.

i think balkman is an underrated on ball defender i was worried about carroll when lee was on him or wallace because of thier curl plays because lee is slow to run but balkman surprised me he also gave morrison a tough time wen he came in...


ps:marbs and crawfords d are getting way better esp craw who is becoming a good defensive player

I can agree that q is a better defender, but why in the last 2 games the defense has been much better?

Lee can guard threes if our base D is a zone. I could see starting the big three sometimes.

what about JJ when he comes back? do you send lee back to the bench? I don't see how you can justify that...
