I, like everyone, am pissed at him for what he did the other night, however, he's apologized at least a million times and I think he's sincerely feeling guilty for what happened. I know he's not a bad guy and I still think he has a place on this Knicks squad. He just has some growing up to do.

With that being said, this backcourt still needs to be rebuilt severely and if fixing it up or getting a young shotblocker means trading Nate, then you gotto do that.

Does not listen well. Ever see a vet or coach talking to him? He is always talking at the same time. Makes bad decisions. Will at best be a bench energy 6th man type guy IMO. Works hard, plays with energy, good shooter.

I often want Nate inserted into the game to give us a lift, but he really does concern me. He seems to be easily influenced in the worst of ways, the fights with teammates aren't cute anymore, and when I watch his face as he's being coached I see no life behind his eyes.

Use him while we got him, but try to move him for a more consistent one or two guard.

words are cheap... he'll have to prove that he's not gonna act like a knucklehead on the court... that said, i love the energy he brings to impact games... he just needs to channel all that in a positive direction & not let his emotions get the best of him.

He's a plus, plus bench player on a team loaded with scoring combo guards that are earning big long term money. I'd rather keep him for the long haul than Francis, Steph or even Craw, but I'd be open to seeing what kind of value he could get in return.

Good backup PG, not a starter. Good spark off the bench. Very ****y.

I don't know with this guy. Can he ever be as good as even Brevin Knight or Earl Boykins? Early returns say no.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.

He's just an idiot and not worth the trouble.

I feel the same way LB felt about him. The team could live without him that's for sure.

Trueblue, are there any other players on the team the Knicks can't live without? I really don't think so.

The guy has heart! More than you can say for most. I love when guys play with passion. But he is a little immature. I guess you have to take the good with the bad!

I love the guys heart and I love his effort. I root for him and like watching him. That being said he has little impact upon our record. He is redundant because we have at least 3 other guards that do the same thing he does. Losing him does not affect our record. But trading him for a player that fits a need may. I am not a hater, and do not want to trade him because he is an imbecile, even though he can be at times. But we need to balance our team and to do that, the best way is to trade players that are redundant.

I just hope that people will like me

Great talent but very immature. If he matures fast I say keep him
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

Memphis Trade Breakdown
Outgoing

Mike Miller
6-8 SG from Florida
13.7 ppg, 5.4 rpg, 2.7 apg in 30.6 minutes
Incoming

Jamal Crawford
6-5 SG from Michigan
14.3 ppg, 3.1 rpg, 3.8 apg in 32.3 minutes

Nate Robinson
5-9 PG from Washington
9.3 ppg, 2.3 rpg, 2.0 apg in 21.4 minutes
Change in team outlook: +9.9 ppg, 0.0 rpg, and +3.1 apg.

New York Trade Breakdown
Outgoing

Jamal Crawford
6-5 SG from Michigan
14.3 ppg, 3.1 rpg, 3.8 apg in 32.3 minutes

Nate Robinson
5-9 PG from Washington
9.3 ppg, 2.3 rpg, 2.0 apg in 21.4 minutes
Incoming

Mike Miller
6-8 SG from Florida
13.7 ppg, 5.4 rpg, 2.7 apg in 30.6 minutes
Change in team outlook: -9.9 ppg, 0.0 rpg, and -3.1 apg.

Successful Scenario
Due to Memphis and New York being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Memphis and New York had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
