Big tonight against the best team in the East. The Indiana Pacers are 23-8 and will be the opponent if we get into the Playoffs as the 8th seed.

We have been playing really well. Especially our last few wins which came against quality teams like New Jersey, Houston and San Antonio. Allan Houston has been playing the best ball of his career scoring consistent throughout the whole game especially in the 4th quarter. The bench has been dominant with Michael Doleac, Shandon Anderson, Charlie Ward and Clarence Weatherspoon. And the PG's have been decent.

We'll have to bring our 'A' game tonight to beat the Pacers. They are the most complete and most talented team in the East. We all know about Reggie Miller. He can still kill you if you don't guard him. But he's not the biggest threat, believe or not. Jermaine O'Neal and Brad Miller are one of the biggest and best frontcourts in the East. Both players can score in the post and rebound. The B.Miller vs Kurt Thomas match up is one of keys to the game. The second match up to look out for is between Ron Artest vs Houston. Artest is playing like a Star this season and has established himself as the best perimeter defender in the league. Houston has been on fire this season but shot only 3-16 when he faced Artest earlier. He must respond. With Latrell Sprewell shooting ball horribly, we need Houston to score in order to win.

I think we will respond tonight. The team has looked energized and hungry. They know a win tonight sends a message that we are for real.

Knicks 94 (Houston 22)

Pacers 91 (O'Neal 22)
