This is his chance! He's got a chance to be a superstar and a half if he really wants. No Francis, Jared, Quentin?, Nate, Mardy. It's just him and Crawford. We didn't want a logjam. Talk about "Be careful what you wish for."

He really needs to step up and be a leader NOW and show that there's still no excuses. I'll have a lot of respect for him if he can do all that, and pick up his teammates. It's gonna be rough.

PS: I still give he, Curry and Craw props for staying on the bench. We would have been screwed to death if they didn't.

Steph could really show he's still the best PG in the league, if only he wasn't being asked to get others involved.

Totally agree on Steph.

I think it's way too late now to save his popularity but hopefully he's woken up for real and LEADS us to some W's.

I would have loved to see Steph on the court at that time...just to see what he would have done.

Okay. Now, we know how low the Knicks have sunk: Team Leader Marbury.

You know...the Rockets are pretty good--even without McGrady--and they play basketball. I'm beginning to lose interest in watching the Knicks. I don't mind rooting for them to get it together and I'll follow the team somewhat but if I want to watch basketball, I'm going to be a Rockets for the rest of the season.

you know, this sounds crazy & i know alot of you won't agree w/it, but i woulda gained alot of respect for Marbury if it had been him to be the one to charge after Melo instead of Jefferies.

See, Marbury is showing that he can be a winning player right now. Playing with a ton of passion.

His game is his game and he can play unselfishly. But if you're gonna build around this guy, you need distributers and a perimeter defender. Relying on Marbury to be the big scorer AND to be the point guard is assinine.

Kudos to Marbury for the first half though. Lets see him help the Knicks win this game.

Marbury is due for one of those short streaks he's had the past couple years. I actually don't mind rooting for him during them.

Believe me dude, I've been a bigger critic of him than anyone, but I root for him hard. It kills me to see that it's come to this point, but he's kinda dug his own grave too. Just makes me want to say "Ugh" all the time about him.

What an incredible game!
The knicks played with fire and passion.
Frye with the blocks, Lee with the boards, Cato with the unexpected defense, Marb's with the buckets, Craw with the almost shooting it out of the game and then cannign the 2 big ft's to almost throwing it away again.

He earned some no-booing time tonight.

my biggest hope is that Marbury plays well so he becomes somewhat remotely tradeable... i still don't see much of a future for this team w/him on it, but it's good to see him finally starting to play well... let's hope he can string together a good stretch of games here so we can start talking possible trade scenarios at the Allstar break.

Steph? Trade? I think that ship has sailed, my friend. For now, let the win sink in a little while longer. They come few are far between as is. :)

Great game tonight for Steph.

When do we get to have both Steph AND Curry have big nights on the same night?

Great job by Marbs last night. Lets see him do it again and lets see how he reacts when his teammates start to filter back in. That is, IF they filter back in.

Either way, he deserved a one man standing ovation from the Great Allanfan20.
