Nice way to start 2003 against one of our arch rivals the Toronto Raptors. They will be without Vince Carter, Antonio Davis and Lammond Murray. So there is no excuse for losing this game. Voshon Lenard and Morris Peterson cannot guard Allan Houston and Latrell Sprewell. And Kurt Thomas should have field day with some scrub named Jelani McCoy.

Knicks 103 (Latrell Sprewell 25)

Raptors 93 (Peterson 20)

Well Kurt did have a big night like you predicted! 26 points 14 boards. Doleac plays well again. And nice life off the bench from Travis Knight. This team is playing very well right now and it feels good.

Little by little this team is doing what many thought was impossible. We are 1.5 games behind Washington and that 8th seed in the East.

We did what we were supposed to do tonight. We beat one of the worst teams in the league by 20 points. Monster game from Kurt Thomas with 26 points and 14 rebounds. And once again our bench played very well.

We play the best team in the East in the Indiana Pacers are Friday. It will be a good test to see where we are as a team. The Pacers are the most complete team in the East. They have size with Jermaine O'Neal and Brad Miller. They have a great defender in Ron Artest and a veteran Knick killer in Reggie Miller. The Pacers could possibly be our opponent if we are to make the Playoffs. This game will tell us a lot.

It was nice to see the a game on TV except for bill walton.Nice to
see they played hard despite it being a short-handed raptors squad.
Travis Knight did have a good game, reminds me of how he was playing
with the lakers when he first came into the league especially that
layup after the nice block.Doleac had a good game except for a few missed open looks at the basket,he doesnt force the issue and played good inside D.What the hell has happened to spree?after that block he just collapsed.Overal it was nice to see a W on TV.

We're on a roll now. Anderson, Doleac and all those guys playing well. I gotta side with you guys who root FOR the Knicks. Beating the Nets, the Rockets and the Spurs; that was sweet. And they didn't get complacent against the Raptors. I hope they keep playing that good team ball.

I am glad they blew out the Raptors, at least it shows they are playing real ball right now instead of dud ball. Winning against the good teams seems to have lit a fire under this team. If it was a fluke the Knicks would have won by 1-5 last night, but they showed up to play. Keep the momentum going and lets see what they can do to the pacers.
