The only 2 Knicks out there who weren't looking to provoke or escalate the situation but tried to play peacemakers.

Scary what could have happened if they were idiots like Nate.

Something tells me frye isn;t much of a fighter, you usually step in if you can fight or would like to, but it was good to see they didn't try to get things going further

I don't think that Frye is a fighter either but it's usually the ones who can fight that do everything they can to avoid one. It's the posers who look for and escalate fights.

Frye and Lee are suppossedly the 2 worst dancers on the team, so I don't think they would have the footwork in a real fight.

i agree untill mardy got sucker punched... Once that line is crossed all bets are off and i would have liked to see Frye/Lee get at Melo for that cheap shot

It seemed that Jeffries was trying to be a good guy too. I'm not excusing his reaction, later, but it may have been because he was right in the middle of it trying to deal with Nate who thengot popped by Smith while JJ was pulling Nate off, and then saw Collins get sucker punched in front of his face by Anthony.

The only guy who was out there who I think is a "good" fighter is Nate Robinson. The rest of these guys have been able to avoid most fighting in their lives due to being bigger than everyone and being a star everywhere they go.

Nates a football player. He's quite comfortable with tackling people.

Anyone notice that all took place in front of Dolan's seats? With his wife there?

swimfish, nobody could have predicted that Anthony was gonna throw that punch. It looked like things were just calming down at that moment. Lee and Frye should not be criticized for this one bit. Who gives a F' if they aren't good fighters? It's more commendable that they didn't get into it in the first place. Just tried breaking it up.
