Will this brawl lead to more wins? It's nice to see a good old fashioned Knicks fight but let's not gloss over what really important here and that's the number in our 'W' column.

I really, really hoping that this has lit a fire under these guys and lets them exhibit some more pride and mental toughness to put more W's up at home.

This was supposed to be our gift month, the month that we were going to start winning games. We're 3-6 thus far. We have to start winning and soon. 2 more losses puts us TEN games in the hole and I don't think (even at full strength) our squad is good enough to recover from that.

If we don't build on this, then this is just something else for Bill Simmons to make fun of us about and it just leads Isiah one step closer to his career as an NBA exec to come to a crashing halt.

So let's hope they bottle up this passion, this hunger and this heart into the game of basketball and not on some other cats' jaws for the rest of this season and get us some much needed W's. Because winning cures all, folks.

PS - Carmelo lost major cool points tonight. What a feline individual he is.

uh, no it won't lead to more wins. and with robinson, jeffries and collins likely to be suspended maybe, in robinson's case, to ten games, we will be too thin in certain positions.

It's not that disaster in itself is a good thing. I don't think anyone is saying that. But, sometimes it takes a major event to turn teams around (Good or Bad). Now, it depends on how we react to this. Of course, hopefully we have enough of our players left to do so. Let's see how they respond.

I'm afraid Stern may make an example here. If so, Chicago got thier center in next years draft.

I don't have anything real positive to say right now. It's too bad, the team was playing well up unto a few games ago. We showed some flashes lately, but flashes are getting old...
