The *real fan* is here win lose or draw. The MSG employee is here only during serious damage control and /or gloating abd telling us how good the Knicks are post win:)

Or some people just get sick of hearing the same points repeated over and over again.

It was a bad loss last night. Expect them to do better. But these forums get downright ugly way too quick.

While it is true that Mr. Earl posts more during / after wins than losses, I don't think that makes him less of a fan than any one else on here.

Also, I don't perceive him to be someone who is just towing the company line. I think he just wants to be positive and support his team. (And he likes the yoot.)

The same can be said for those that don't like the team. When the team loses, they are the first ones to post new topics to support their view.

Exactly, there a bunch pf posters who don't show up after victories. If they do, its usually to point out any negatives despite the victory.

IOW they're in a no win situation. If they try not to rain on the parade after one of our infrequent wins you bust them for that. And if they're still down on our prospects even after we prevail over a depleted bush squad you bust them for that. And if the knicks should be lucky enough to win the 35-39 wins that many of us expected I'm sure some of you will find a way to bust them for being right in their predicitions.

Hey Ive been down all day after the loss. No shame in that. It comes with being a fan
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

Qrich our leader went down in the first, he's our top perimeter defender and the leader of the team.

Curry picked up 2 quick fouls with 8 minutes to go in the first quarter.

2nd quarter, we got blown out of the water.

Not excuses, just facts.

today is another game.

The nets got killed as well, and have less wins than us.

The end of the world is not here.

Bash away fellas. I'll take it for earl, nix and oohah.
Let's go Knicks. That's amare

Its great to have another game the very next day. Indiana has a prettytalented team. If they stay healthy they could compete with any eastern team. JO, Harrington, foster, Granger, Jackson, Tinsley. Thats not a bad team

not bad at all...I wasn't able to start watching the game until halftime (will catch knicks in 60 tomorrow morning) and will take a look, but it all seems to point to QRich going down and Curry getting two quick fouls.

Jermaine was held in check, and it was all about open jumpers with marbury and crawford trying to play defense with their heads and not their heads (they just can't seem to focus on stopping an area from getting the ball and scoring).

Zone requires communication and their lack of ability to play the 12/15 and up is forcing the bigs to foul out helping.

No time to practice and marbs sat the last 21 minutes and it looked like Isiah was beginning to show his had that he's almost done with marbury.

real fans don't get to excited when the knicks win because they know this team assembled now is mentally weak.

They can win by 20 one night and play scared the next night.

Most want a new regime and a fresh new start where we aren't expected to win because of all our youth playing , but Isiah expects this bunch to win many games now and that's just not happening.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

LOL "real knicks fans" dont get excited by Knick wins but "fake knick fans" do? Thats logical. I giess Ive been a fake Knick fan for 33 years because Ive enjoyed all the wins. LOL :)

Briggs - you slay me

What, I can't have a few days of vacation away from a keyboard without your hurling a personal mudball?

Okay, you win. I have other things to do.

Now, what were we talking about?

no. it's an observation. I still support DLee, Qrich, Curry, Frye, Jefferies, Jamal.

I'm not so sure about Nate or your PG of the future Mardy the hitman Collins anymore and I'm sick of seeing Isiah's face, but I still support the players on the team. I feel bad that they have to be surrounded by so much selfish unprofessional behavior.
