why Balkman didn't get any burn last night is beyond me... that small lineup really cost us in the 1st half... when Jefferies wasn't on the floor Balkman should have been on it... bad substitution job by Isiah last night imo.

nope vintage Isiah bring in something and compound your mistake by playing that player over the player with a lesser salary, its the channing frye syndrome

Because of our lack of versatility there are know line-ups that will provide us with consistency. One minute one line-up/player will look great in a role, the next night someone else will. There are no magical elixir's until we balance the team and add a shotblocking/rebounding rugged defender up front, A pg that can run an offense and a backcourt perimeter defender. Until then all coach's from Don Chaney to Wilkens to Herb to LB to Isiah will look like idiots as the grasp for straws trying to find nightly substitutiions that work. The guy you and I think should be playing is not going to change our record at all.

Balkman already looks better than Jefferies, basing on their perspective careers he does the following better

1. Play with more energy
2. Handle the ball and get up the floor
3. Rebound and Block shouts
4. Finish the ball around the basket
5. More graceful and athletic

Where is JJ really better maybe help defense, he doesn't look like a strong defender just someone that can defend multiple positions

I agree - he is nicely looking. If i will be a girl I will play him over jeffries. JJ skinny is agly...
And he should stay away from nets locker room
