This guy is easily a top 13 pick. If all we have to do is sign him--what an extra asset it is even if we didnt ultimately keep him. It's a pure no-brainer--I know we used the MLE nut we do have the lower case lle to use I believe?

He was a skilled big man, but his work ethic and commitment was so suspect that NBA executives almost took a personal affront to it.

With his attitude and work ethic he wouldn't be able to handle NYC.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

The second coming of JJ1.

It sounds like this kid intends to stay in school, which is probably the best thing for him if he can actually play. Show what you can do against top college competition and then sign the biggest free agent contract you can get at the end of the season.

He was a kid when he entered the draft. He's in much better shape now and is much more skilled than he was back then. Two Kentucky centers have fared quite well in the NBA recently-- Magliore or Nazr Mohammed... (not even mentioning McCarty)...

he reminds me of a poor man's Tim Duncan. You cant teach 6-11 260 with long arms and a good touch.

I was gonna say that. Pull the trigger on this, give him a LLE deal, asap. If he can rebound and move his feet, we could put him at pF in a couple years. hes worth a shot ala Jacie Butler, when we first got him.

Teams must know about this. If he is worthy of such a pick, watch the bidding begin... Nice workaround with the NBA draft rules.

I was gangbusters for Morris big time 2 years ago as a freshman when he tried to come out in the draft. Another year of college will really polish his game up nicely and he already had a really nice offensive game as well a pretty good game defensively.

No one can sign Morris right now, he's still playing Kentucky but I want him in the next draft, no doubt.

16.9 points 8 rebounds 1.9 blocks so far this year. He's going to be good.

I just don't think he'll leave Kentucky. He could have signed with a NBA team 2 months ago if he wanted too before the college season started and he chose not too. I could be wrong though.

This kid should stick and have a nice tournament in march and watch his stock go up!

Who is UNDER the cap???? Charlotte? ATL?

What makes him attractive also is a team can sign him and trade their pick also.

Like having two number 1's.
