The kid can board. Now that he is starting, he can be a cornerstone for years to come. Count on 10 boards at least. If he cleans up inside he gets 10-14 points a game too. Nice guy to have and a stellar Isiah draft pick.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.

Hopefully Zeke changes his mind about demoting him when Frye comes back.

He is shooting 63% from the field! He is bonafide. We have found our power forward of the future and it isn't Channing Frye. Now, decide if you want to try to make Frye a center and trade Curry or trade Frye.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.

No doubt about it-you have to leave curry lee alone. Frye can be the 6th man with nate.

If Isiah pulls lee and we goo in to a funk that could cost his job. I hope he reconsiders. Curry and Lee matchup very well
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

Lee hs helped make curry better. Frye has his own game--perimeter shots some low post stuf the synergy is not there with curry. hes got to be the main big man sub

He rocks and needs to keep starting. How about that top of the key shot tonight?

There is absolutely ZERO reason to be sending Lee back to the bench. I swear to god if Isiah sends him to the bench, he's gonna have a LOT of angry fans, and not just the ones who were already angry at him, his apologists will be after him as well.

Isiah could lose not only a lot of fans but his job if he screws this up. Frye can will play 30mpg. Just as our Kevin Mchale type 6th man not as a starter

I would have to agree that Frye needs to come off the bench. I would like to see him focus on his low post game more than his jumpshots. I think he has a very solid post game and can be a very effective scorer on the block against the smaller centers in the league. He will never develop that aspect of his game playing alongside Curry b/c Curry has to be on the low block. Let frye come off the bench as the backup center and give him 27-30 minutes a game. He will probably be a better fit for the second unit because he can play Curry's role as the low post scorer and Balkman can play Lee's role as the rebounding power forward.

I was waiting for it. Clyde was saying Lee came up to him and told him he had been working on his jumper. The guy has earned his spot, if Frye can out play him, then fine, but I haven't seen anything to support that. Besides, Lee compliments Eddy nicely. Does Isiah really think it's coincidental that Curry is having this huge streak with Lee playing next to him?

Lee needs to start. We're 6-3 when he gets a double double.

Yeah, Lee has been playing very well with Curry. Did you see the touch pass Lee gave to Curry last night (eventhough Curry fumbled the ball and turned it over). Frye isn't capapble of making Curry better like Lee. Lee understands the game and anticipates well (see's it one play ahead of the actual play like a pg)

Lee is terrific for our guards aswell. When they penetrate, he dives to the basket with them. Giving them a cutter/slasher to pass to whenver they over penetrate or leave their feet and have nowhere to go. Frye usually drifts to the perimeter. It was never really a big deal to me before who started, but now its become somewhat obvious that if Isiah is serious about building around Curry, Lee makes the most sense.

David is playing efficient. Everyone says Frye high post games will compliment Curry better. David has been hitting his jump shot and just needs to work on his defense. I think Frye needs shots and running with the second team he will get all the shots he wants, thus making the Knicks a better team. Frye starts we were 5-10, when Lee starts we are 3-4 and will be .500 after monday.
David Lee is a rock.
